Advanced Criminal Law 101 Seminar  8 hours

This is a course designed for new Law Enforcement Officers and a refresher for seasoned Officers  to learn how certain areas of the Law should be applied.  What the difference is in Discretion and Dereliction of Duty.  The Cannons of Police Ethics.  The powers of Arrest and Detention. Officer and agency Liabilities.  Duty to Care and Duty to Act.  Decision making ability with Charging Affidavits and Making Physical Arrests.  Applying what you read to practical decision making .  Criminal Law Topic areas, Assault, Battery, Felony Battery, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Battery Domestic Violence, Petit Theft, Grand Theft, Armed Robbery, Strong Armed Robbery, Robbery by Sudden Snatching, Criminal Mischief,  All Information given to attendees is up to date in Reference to the above Criminal Statues by the  Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Florida Legislature.

Internal Affairs Investigation 8 hours

This topic area covers the duties of the Internal Affairs Investigator.  Preparing an Investigation.  Question Development.  Questing Civilians, fellow Officers or Command Staff.  Polygraph Usage and VSA Usage.  Florida Law Enforcement Officer Bill of Rights. How to set up and administer Oaths  and usage of recording devices prior to witness and target interviews.  The Difference between an Internal Affairs Investigation, an Administrative Investigation and an Inquiry.  Concluding an investigation.  Terminology , Sustained, Exonerated, Unfounded.

The Cost for all inter-net Courses are set at a Rate of  $100.00 per course.  This includes all course material and Certificate of Completion when the attendee completes the Subject matter Topic.  





ALL CLASSROOM/SEMINAR ATTENDEES RECIEVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AT THE END OF EACH COURSE
